1/2 cup peanut butter,
¾ tempeh block, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
3 stalks, bok choy, sliced inc green portion
½ cup shitake mushrooms
Heat wok or large sauté pan. Brown tempeh and remove. Saute all vegetables and add tempeh back in along with sauce. Stir until heated. This is super, super yummy for all peanut lovers!!
