5 – 6 cups of fresh organic kale, rinsed
3 Tbsp. tahini
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup water
Whisk all together, adding 1 Tbsp. of water at a time and more if needed, until smooth. Mix with rinsed kale. I add nutritional yeast for added B vitamins, protein, fiber and flavor.
