1 cup quinoa, cooked
1 small summer squash, diced
1/4 head red cabbage, shredded
2 green onions
2 stalks celery, diced

1/8 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. red vinegar
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Pinch of salt
